Ninja Foodi Grilled Corn on the Cob

Super simple corn on the cob grilled to perfection in the Ninja Foodi XL Smart grill. I believe about 4 cobs fit in the smaller version, depending on size. Fresh herbs are great and all, but if you freeze a bunch of chopped herbs in oil in ice cube trays, and then pull them out as needed, it works incredibly well. And then things like this come together REALLY fast. That’s what I did with my parsley this time, and I could not tell the difference compared to when I made it with fresh parsley. I just massage the frozen parsley cube through the bag in the first step, and it takes maybe 30 seconds to melt. I also tried it with green onion/ scallion powder instead of regular onion powder and it was amazing. Takes about 10 mins when corn is at room temp, 12-14 minutes for corn that’s just come out of the fridge.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat Ninja Foodi Grill to MAX on grill function
Step 2
Place shucked ears of corn in a gallon size ziplock bag or a baking dish if they don’t fit
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients to bag or baking dish, except butter
Step 4
Close bag, shake and massage ingredients into corn or toss in baking dish
Step 5
When grill is preheated, add corn cobs to the grill grate, close lid, and drop the temperature down to MED if corn is room temp or HI if corn is cold
Step 6
Grill on MED for 10-15 minutes, give or take a minute or two depending on the size and starting temperature of your corn, turning 2-3 times to get all sides cooked evenly.
Step 7
Serve each corn cob with a pat of unsalted butter
