I love Mexican street corn Elotes but had this idea to make it my way! (A Mediterranean version) this is crispy, delicious, and possibly my new favorite appetizer! Enjoy Pita Fam!

6 tablespoonstahini
4 clovesgarlic
Or as much as your heart desires
1lemon
juice of
sea salt
Water
to thin out sauce
Hot sauce

Step 1
Slice corn in half so one side is flat for plating
Step 2
Grill corn (I like mine a little charred)
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare sauce with above ingredients for tahini sauce. Mix all together (add water to thin out sauce)
Step 4
Plate the corn, add salt & pepper, sauce, sumac, chopped mint, drizzle of olive oil, ( I like a little extra garlic) and sesame seeds.
