Step 1
Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
Step 2
2. Then while beating add the eggs one by one.
Step 3
3. Add essence and milk and beat.
Step 4
4. Mix all the dry ingredients i.e Maida, cocoa powder and baking powder.

5. Add the dry ingredients in the batter.
Step 6
6. Slightly fold the batter first from the top then from bottom.
Step 7
7. Grease the pan then add the batter in it.
Step 8
8. Bake at 220° for 35 to 40 mins or untill the cake is completely baked.
Step 9
9. After the cake is baked let it cool. Take it out of the pan and spread the ganache over the cake.
