Spicy cantina style salsa!

Instructions
Step 1
Large dice peppers, cilantro, garlic, and onion.
Step 2
Place diced mixture in food processor and pulse until fine and pieces are all similarly minced. Use rubber spatula to scrape down mixture between pulses if needed.
Step 3
Add tomatoes and juice along with lime juice and zest into processor. Pulse to desired chunkiness level. You do not want froth too form.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir well to incorporate evenly.
Step 5
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
