Nut butter sauce
½ tablespoonalmond butter
creamy, can sub peanut butter or tahini
2 teaspoonsrice vinegar
or lime juice
1 teaspoonssoy sauce
or tamari, use tamari for gluten-free
½ tablespoonSriracha
½ tablespoonpure maple syrup
or agave nectar

Step 1
Cook the rice.
Step 2
Meanwhile, make the almond butter sauce. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl, adding a spoon of water as needed to thin out to your desired consistency.
Step 3
In a bowl, toss the rice and edamame together. Drizzle the almond butter sauce on top and a few spoons of chile crisp. If desired, garnish with peanuts.
