Instructions

Step 1
Combine liquids/seasonings in large pot to make broth.
Step 2
Cook pork in pan with Sriracha/mirin/garlic/oil.
Step 3
Cook ramen noodles in broth.

Notes

Step 4
For pork, look (can find at Walmart) for premarinated Smithfield cracked pepper and roasted garlic.
Step 5
Can double hard boiled eggs so each person has 2.
Step 6
For 1 serving, halve the broth proportions and use 1/3 log of pork. For 2 servings, use same broth proportions, and 2/3 log of pork.
Step 7
Recommend Ocean's Halo for the ramen noodles.
