For the Cheese Sauce

5gcornstarch

⅔ cupgrated cheddar cheese

1 tspwhole-grain mustard

9gunsalted butter

⅓ cupskimmed milk
2% partly

4gparmesan cheese
grated

0.1gdried chili pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Start cooking the pasta.



Step 2
In a saucepan, melt the butter over
medium heat. Add the minced chili
pepper and sauté 1 min, then add the
cornstarch and cook 2 min with stirring. Pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Add the mustard and grated cheeses while stirring until the sauce is smooth.









Step 3
Put the drained pasta back into the pasta cooking pot, add the sauce and mix well. Serve in the warmed dishes.
