This recipe is a copycat of Houston’s restaurants Spinach and Artichoke dip which is also served as a side dish.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2
In food processor blend artichokes, Romano cheese, garlic and Parmesan cheese until well incorporated.

Step 3
.In a mixing bowl add well drained spinach, heavy cream, sour cream, mozzarella, stir well.

Step 4
Add artichoke and cheese mixture into the spinach mixture and mix until well combined.
Step 5
Spray a small shallow Pyrex dish with cooking spray. Pour artichoke mixture into baking dish and top with more Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
