Instructions

Step 1
Put two cups flour in mixing bowl with sugar, yeast, and salt. Sift together. Add warm water and oil. Mix together. Add and knead remaining flour until dough is no longer sticky.
Step 2
Cover dough and let rise until double (about 1 hour).
Step 3
375° Loaves: 40-45 mins Rolls: 25-30 mins Cinnamon rolls: 15-20 mins
Step 4
If desired, substitute oil with coconut oil, or 1/2c pumpkin puree. Seasonings such as cinnamon, basil, or oregano must be salt-free and mixed in with dry ingredients if desired.
