Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
In the microwave, melt the chocolate and butter in 20-second bursts, stirring in-between, until melted. Cool for 10 minutes.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix 4 eggs with sugar. Whisk. Add flour while continuing to whisk. Add the remaining 3 eggs and whisk. Add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture. Pour this entire mixture into individual ramekins.
Step 4
Bake until just done, appx 9-12 minutes for 3-4" ramekins. The interior will be melting, not set.
Step 5
Top with powdered sugar. Serve with ice cream.
