Instructions
Step 1
Take chicken out a day before to thaw.
Step 2
Whisk eggs, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
Step 3
Dip chicken in egg mixture and then coat in crushed crackers.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Step 5
Preheat over to 350⁰
Step 6
Cook chicken in skillet until browned on both sides. (About 3 minutes per side)
Step 7
Move chicken to a greased 9x13 pan neatly spaced, single layer.
Step 8
Drain skillet and add tomato sauce, basil, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Step 9
Bring tomato mixture to boil and stir occasionally.
Step 10
Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer until mixture thickens. (About 6 minutes)
Step 11
Pour tomato mixture over chicken in 9x13 pan. And sprinkle pamresan cheese over top of that.
Step 12
Bake chicken, covered, for 30 minutes
Step 13
Add mozzarella cheese slices on top of chicken, 1 slice per piece of chicken, recover, and bake another 10 minutes

Let cool and serve
