Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Prepare two dishes for dredging. 1 with beaten egg. the second with Cracker Meal
Step 3
Dredge each chicken piece alternately in cracker meal, egg, and again in cracker meal

Lightly oil a skillet and heat to med-high. Brown Chicken for 10 minutes on each side.
Step 5
In an appropriately sized baking dish to accommodate the chicken, coat the bottom with a portion of the marinara sauce
Step 6
Arrange chicken in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Pour the remainder of the sauce over the chicken and then sprinkle the remainder of the parmesan cheese.
Step 8
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
