Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2-in. cubes; place half in a blender. Add broth and garlic powder. Cover and process until smooth.
Step 2
Pour potato mixture into a saucepan. Stir in sour cream, pepper and remaining potatoes.
Step 3
Cook over low heat until heated through (do not boil).
Step 4
Garnish with cheese, bacon and onion.
