Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Melt butter in 8” square baking dish.
Step 3
Combine Bisquick, 1 cup of sugar and milk. Pour batter over melted butter. Do not stir.
Step 4
Add peaches. Top with cinnamon.
Step 5
Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until golden.
Notes
Step 6
If you don’t have Bisquick you can sub 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 Tbsp baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt
Step 7
If using fresh peaches: bring 4 cups of peaches, 1 cup of sugar, 1 Tbsp lemon juice to a boil, stirring constantly. Then pour over batter while avoiding stirring.
