Instructions
Step 1
Start by making your wet and dry mixes. Dip each piece of tofu into the flour, then your wet mix then your dry mix. Repeat step one more time if it’s not fully coated the first time.
Step 2
Once each piece is coated shallow fry in 350 degree high heat oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Once each piece is golden brown place on a paper towel or wire rack to cool. You can add salt during this step to make them extra crispy.
