I make this in the blender to achieve a rich, creamy dressing. it can also be made by mincing everything very finely and shaking vigorously in a jar for a less creamy result.

Instructions

Step 1
-Place all ingredients except the oils into a blender and blend well for 30 seconds. -With the blender still running, remove the lid from the hole in the blender top and slowly begin drizzling in the oils (you can combine them first). -Once all the oil has been blended in, check the consistency of the dressing. If it is too thick, adjust with lemon juice, vinegar or room temperature water.
