Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Place uncooked pasta, butter, milk, heavy cream, eggs, shredded cheese, cream cheese.

hot sauce, dried mustard, salt, and pepper in the pan. Mix well to combine.

To make the topping: In a small frying pan, over medium heat, melt butter. Add panko crumbs and sauté until golden, about 2 minutes.

Remove pan from oven, uncover, and mix well. Broil for 2 minutes.
