6 stalksspring onion
stems
2 piecesdried scallops
½ TbspChinese rice wine
Sauce (combined)
Instructions
Step 1
Steam dried scallop for 10 minutes and shred.
Step 2
Marinate chicken with 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce and 1/2 tsp pepper for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Put some oil in the wok, add ginger, garlic, spring onion(stems), scallop(fry for 1-2 minutes), chicken wings(toss until change color) and Chinese rice wine.
Step 4
Add sauce and bring to a boil and cover for 20 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch solution.
