Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350".
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk the egg with the butter, heavy cream, and vanilla.
Step 3
Stir in the almond flour, salt, and Swerve.
Step 4
Fold the chocolate chips into the cookie batter.
Step 5
Form the batter into 1" balls and arrange 3” apart on parchment lined baking sheets.
Step 6
Flatten the balls with the bottom of a glass that has been lightly greased with cooking spray
Step 7
Bake until the cookies are golden, about 17 to 19 minutes.

Substituted Coconut flour instead for Almond (I think I did 1 cup vs 2 3/4 _might have only used can't remember).
