Instructions

Step 1
Boil macaroni for 5-8 mins, and strain
Step 2
In a skillet on a medium heat, as the oil, and fry off the onion, garlic and carrot for around 5 mins before adding the mushrooms and greens.
Step 3
Remove from skillet, and set aside
Step 4
Melt butter in skillet, add flour to make a rue
Step 5
Use the beef stock, adding gradually and continuously whisking
Step 6
Add half the cheese, keep shocking until melted
Step 7
Add in the cooked meatballs, and the macaroni, and the vegetables. Stir. Turn off the heat. Sprinkle other half of cheese on top, and cover, leave for 15-20 mins.
Step 8
Serve and enjoy!
