Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop onion. Divide beef, onion, garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and ½ tsp pepper between 2 Suvie pans. Insert pans into your Suvie and broil for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. While the beef broils, drain and roughly chop the roasted red peppers.
Step 2
Once the broiling step has finished, remove pans from your Suvie and drain excess oil from the beef.
Step 3
Stir the cream of mushroom soup into the beef mixture and then scatter the roasted red peppers over the beef.
Step 4
Sprinkle each pan with cheese and then top with tater tots.
Step 5
Insert pans into your Suvie, input settings, and cook now or schedule. Suvie Cook Settings Bottom Zone: Slow Cook Low for 1 hour After the casserole has finished cooking, broil the tater tots for 7 minutes, or until crisp, rotating pan halfway through cooking. Divide between plates and serve.
Step 6
Note If you would like to make this recipe in Suvie 1.0, insert pans into the top zones of Suvie, fill reservoir, and set to Slow Cook on Low for 1 hour.
