Instructions

Step 1
Add all liquid ingredients to your blender: Water, lemon juice, maple syrup. (You can skip the milk, if you want a thick smoothie, and have a high-speed blender, like a Vitamix)
Step 2
Then add all your green veggies into the blender, such as spinach, zucchini and celery.
Step 3
Start blending everything, until the green veggies and the liquids become smooth. You don't want to have any big green bits left later in your smoothie. That's why you add the greens now and pre-blend them.
Step 4
Now, add frozen blackberries.
Step 5
Throw your frozen bananas into the mix for sweetness, and to make it filling.
Step 6
If you like the smoothie as a meal replacement and to add energy, chia seeds are a great addition. Add them now.
Step 7
Add activated charcoal. If you want to be saved, stir it slightly in with your temper, to ensure the powder doesn't go up into your blender. But if you start on a lower setting, it shouldn't be a problem.
Step 8
Add ice, if you like it cooling. Especially if you have a high-speed blender.
Step 9
Start blending it on a slower setting, and work your way up to a higher one. Blend for about 30 seconds, depending on your blender. Enjoy (immediately) :)
