Step 1
Add the fruit to the blender (or you can use a soup maker but not a hand blender) plus around 250ml of the apple juice. Start blender or juice setting and run for 2 mins. Check to see if it is the desired consistency. Add more apple juice for a more watery smoothie. Serve with sliced lemon and ice.
