Step 1
First, cut up an apple into chunks and pop into the blender, add a handful of raspberries and a handful of blueberries (These can be fresh or frozen).
Step 2
Top it up with water until the fruits are covered. Add a splash of apple juice and a squeeze of honey if you like and then Blend until it's smooth.
Step 3
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
