melt the butter and whisk it in a deep bowl with honey. add eggs and continue whisking

puree 2 bananas with a blender or, if they are very ripe, just mash them with a fork. the third banana will be needed in the end

add the banana puree, cream and milk to the egg mixture. add baking powder, vanilla, salt and spices and continue whisking

slowly begin to stir in the flour in small portions to avoid the lumps. knead until smooth, at the end add and stir in chopped pecans

spread the form with sunflower oil and put the dough into it. put banana slices cut lengthwise on top. lightly sink them into the dough
