Instructions
Step 1
preheat the oven to 170°C

Step 2
melt the butter and whisk it in a deep bowl with honey. add eggs and continue whisking





Step 3
puree 2 bananas with a blender or, if they are very ripe, just mash them with a fork. the third banana will be needed in the end



Step 4
add the banana puree, cream and milk to the egg mixture. add baking powder, vanilla, salt and spices and continue whisking











Step 5
slowly begin to stir in the flour in small portions to avoid the lumps. knead until smooth, at the end add and stir in chopped pecans



Step 6
spread the form with sunflower oil and put the dough into it. put banana slices cut lengthwise on top. lightly sink them into the dough


Step 7
bake for 50-60 minutes (you can carefully check the readiness with a toothpick, so it should be dry when you put it out)

Step 8
let the ready bread cool and cut it into slices. it's especially tasty to serve it with a spoon of mascarpone or cream cheese / kaymak, adding some honey or maple syrup
