You can use different kinds of fruits or berries 🫐
Try to match yogurt taste with your choice of fruits/berries or you can simply use Greek plain yogurt and that will work perfect.
Goes nicely with frozen yogurt on top when served

Step 1
Mix eggs with sugar and whisk really well
Step 2
In a separate bowl mix yogurt and softened butter.
Add mixture to the eggs and sugar
Step 3
Mix flour with baking powder and add it to the mixture.
Baking powder will react with yogurt and make the dough grow nicely while being baked
Step 4
Chop mango in cubes
Step 5
Pour half of dough in the baking form, evenly place half of chopped mango pieces, pour the rest of dough and add rest of mango pieces on top
Step 6
Bake for 25-30 min at 180 Celsius degree in a preheated oven
Step 7
Great with frozen yogurt and more fruits on top when served
