Instructions
Step 1
1. Press sliced strawberries into the insides of six, 3 oz freezer pop molds
Step 2
2. Combine whole strawberries, watermelon, lime juice, brown sugar and salt in a blender. Puree.
Step 3
3. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve set over a medium bowl, pressing on the solids to yield as much juice as possible. Discard solids
Step 4
4. Divide the mixture among the prepared molds and insert sticks
Step 5
5. Freeze until solid, about 6 hours
