Delicious southern sausage gravy with biscuits taught to me by my mama and her mama before her! I cheat and use store bought biscuits because I just can’t make them quite like Papa’s but it’s still yummy!

Instructions

Step 1
Start by browning your ground sausage.
Step 2
Once browned sprinkle flour over sausage and let it soak up the grease. Add flour if needed to have it all well coated.
Step 3
Add milk and stir.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and then lower heat and let simmer until thick.
Step 5
Salt & pepper to taste. Serve over warm biscuits and enjoy!
