Creamy Garlic Chicken

This is my version of the recipe that has been making it's way around social media. The biggest changes that I made were to switch jarred garlic to fresh garlic, replace the "green top parmesan" with freshly grated, and I substitute boneless skinless chicken thighs in place of breasts as I feel they are more flavorful. The result is one of the best creamy, alfredo type sauces you will ever have.

Preheat oven to 350°

Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and parmesan.

Cut the chicken into bit-sized pieces.

Add the chicken to your oven safe pan.

Spread the mixture over the top.
Step 6
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the oven and mix together.
Step 8
Cover the top of the chicken with the shredded cheese.

Cook until golden brown. Allow the dish to rest a few minutes to thicken up the sauce.
