Instructions

Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a pressure cooker.
Step 2
Using the display panel, select the MANUAL/PRESSURE COOK function, high pressure, and use the +/- buttons until the display reads 2 minutes.
Step 3
When the cooker beeps to let you know it’s finished, let it naturally come down from pressure, about 12 minutes.
Step 4
Open the lid carefully and remove the potatoes. Top with your favorite fixings and serve with a side salad.
