Instant Pot Chicken Stock

Added garlic and ginger

Added bell peppers, chopped garlic cloves, & fresh rosemary to broth - definitely repeat it is insanely delicious. Did not include carrot due to allergy.

Had a little taste on my finger seemed good. Now I have to try it in a recipe soon.

I used a rotisserie chicken carcass (and didn’t used any spices) and it worked great!

Used two chicken carcasses. Less onion is also better

Makes a great stock. I cook mine for about 110 minutes, it's a cross between a stock and broth.
