Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Combine meats and salt. Let sit 30 min.
Step 2
Combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit 5-10 min until absorbed.
Step 3
After meat has rested add the 2 tbs soy sauce, 2 eggs, 4 cloves garlic, 1.5 c cheese and breadcrumb mixture. Mix until just combined gently with your hands. Do not over mix.
Step 4
Take small bit of meat and microwave for 15 seconds. Taste and add more salt as desired.
Step 5
Use wet hands or scoop to form meatballs 1.5 in diameter.
Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Avocado oil will work as well. Brown meatballs for 3 min per side.
Step 7
Transfer to oven and bake for 6 min.
