Keto/Low Carb option, great for meal prep! Serve with a green veggie, or swap broccoli for cauliflower.
*This was sort of bland the first time around so I’ve adjusted the seasonings to make it more exciting next time. I’m also going to experiment with adding broccoli or zucchini, maybe more meat as well, so the measurements and ingredients may change. It’s a good base recipe though, and I think it can definitely be customized to individual tastes.*

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F
OvenPreheat

Microwave the cauliflower for 5 minutes
Step 3
In the meantime, brown the seasoned turkey in a skillet over medium heat
Step 4
When the turkey has browned, add the cauliflower, cream cheese, and 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese
Step 5
Mix well and pour in a greased baking dish In a bowl, beat the eggs with cream and butter
Step 6
Pour the egg mixture over the other ingredients, and top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Step 7
Bake for 30 minutes
