Instructions
Biscuit Base
Step 1
Smash your biscuits into a fine crumb and combine with your melted butter
Step 2
Evenly disperse between rings, pressing down firmly with a coffe stamper and place in the fridge to set
Cheescake Mix
Step 3
Place all of your ingredients in a bowl and combine with a stand mixer or hand whisk
Step 4
Remove the bases from the fridge and fill each cheesecake with a piping bag
Step 5
Level off with a palette knife and place in the freezer until solid
Ganache & Decoration
Step 6
Heat the cream to boiling and add the white chocolate, whisking until combined
Step 7
Decorate your cakes using the ganache as a glue with your favourite tuck shop treats!
