Instructions
Step 1
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Using a food processor crush the Oreos until they are a fine dust. Add to a large mixing bowl with the softened cream cheese.
Step 3
Using an electric mixer, mix the Oreos and cream cheese together until well combined.
Step 4
Using a cookie scoop, form 40 balls from the mixture into 1 inch size and place on the sheet pan.
Step 5
Freeze for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Melt the candy melts according to package directions, one color at a time. Working with one color at a time, dip 12 cookie balls in blue candy coating, turning to evenly coat each ball with candy coating. Return to baking sheet and immediately top with sprinkles.
Step 7
Repeat with red and white candy melts, coating 16 red and 12 white balls. Return back to the sheet pan and refrigerate 1 hour to set.
Step 8
Arrange into an American Flag.
