or medallions
6shallots
2 onions in wedges
600gmixed mushrooms
sliced
2cloves garlic
fresh tarragon
300mlchicken stock
hot
300gbroccoli
4 Tbspfat free Greek yoghurt
Instructions
Step 1
Brown pork 2-4 min on high heat
Fry shallots and mushrooms Add pork garlic and rosemary or tarragon and stock
Steam broccoli 8-10 mins
Season pork and remove from heat
Stir in yoghurt
Coat the gnocchi in the deliciousness of creamy goodness too then serve
