Instructions
Step 1
1. In a pan, pour in the milk, add sugar, cocoa and dark chocolate, and mix everything well on low heat until smooth.
Step 2
2. Add agar (or 15g gelatine) and bring to a boil, stirring from time to time.
Step 3
3. Pour your mixture into a loaf pan covered with baking paper
Step 4
4. Let it cool and refrigerate for 2-6 hours or until firm
Step 5
5. Sift some cocoa on top
