Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 2
While water is coming to a boil, bring a different sauce pan to medium-low heat. Add oil (or butter) and garlic, and let cook for 1 minute.


Step 3
Add flour to the oil mixture, stirring with a whisk until a paste is formed.

Step 4
Add milk 1/2 c at a time, raising the heat to medium-high, and whisking constantly.

Step 5
Bring sauce to a bubble. Add 1 tsp extra flour if sauce is not thick enough.
Step 6
Add salt, parsley, and nutritional yeast, and stir. Toss pasta with sauce and serve.
