Instructions

Step 1
For the Italian Vinaigrette: Place all ingredients into a container with a lid. Give it a good shake until the ingredients are well combined.
Step 2
For the other dressings: combine all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Pulse until smooth. Salt to taste.
Step 3
NOTES: For the zesty tahini dressing the water might be needed for a more liquid dressing, otherwise this one is pretty thick. You can also omit the water if you want to make the zesty tahini dressing as a dip.
