Step 1
Put everything except olive oil into a blender or small food processor and blend to form a loose paste.
Step 2
Add olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, blending and scraping down sides after each addition.
Step 3
Store leftovers in fridge up to 1 week. After that, pour into ice cube molds, freeze, and store up to 1 month or more.
