Instructions
Step 1
Prepare and tear oyster mushroom into small strips, rinse and drain; Dice garlic and set aside.
Step 2
Heat unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in minced garlic to mix for under a minute, further add the oyster mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium high heat, stirring with a spatula.
Step 3
Once the mushrooms start turning golden-brown, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper to season.
Step 4
Once the mushrooms are cooked, remove from heat and garnish with chopped scallion. Serve over cooked jasmine rice, if desire.
