Instructions
Step 1
Start by chopping and washing the broccoli, making sure to discard the end bit of the stem
Step 2
Salt some water in a pot once it’s boiling, and add the broccoli, cooking for 10 minutes
Step 3
Take the broccoli out but save the water, you’ll cook the pasta in it (while you do that save about a cup for later)
Step 4
In a pan, add the olive oil, garlic and anchovies. After 3-4 minutes take the garlic out and add the broccoli, cooking further and pressing with a spatula to make it mushier.
Step 5
Add the pasta water, cooked pasta and combine. Serve adding some more olive oil and optionally Parmesan and chili flakes
