Enjoyed it with a side of potatoes and kielbasa. Noticed I'd run out of scallions and chives, so I improvised with fennel, marjoram and a dash of ginger. It turned out great! Don't be afraid to go heavy on the cheese or to add cream. My sauce started kind of thin bc my ratio was a tad off at first.
