For the dipping sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Boil hotdogs in a pan for five minutes
Step 2
Set aside and allow to cool
Step 3
Insert skewer into hotdogs and set aside

In a large bowl add flour ,sugar ,baking powder, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Mix thoroughly

Add egg and milk, mix until well combined
Step 6
Transfer batter into a long and narrow cup
Step 7
Coat hotdogs with flour then deep into batter until hot dog is completely submerged
Step 8
Deep fry for three minutes turning constantly until golden brown
Step 9
For the sauce mix mayonnaise, ketchup, pepper and yellow mustard
