Instructions
Step 1
In large skillet, heat oil and saute onions ton low heat, till is light brown.
Step 2
Add chicken, paprika, seasoning, brown chicken on each side. (paprika burns easy on high heat) Simmer until some juice is coming out of the chicken, add broth, cook under cover till the chicken is nice and tender.
Step 3
Drain the sauce into another sauce pan, mix cornstarch with a half cup of cold water, until there are no lumps left, add to broth and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly until the sauce gets thick.
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the chicken, and serve it over pasta or rice.
