Instructions

Step 1
For the Chicken: Create the marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, juice of 1 lime, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper, 1/4 cup cilantro. Mix well.
Step 2
Coat the chicken in the marinade and then cook in a pan until chicken is done. Approximately 6 minutes per side.
Step 3
For the Avocado Salsa: Dice all vegetables into small cubes. Add the remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Can eat chicken with avocado salsa on top or can make into TACOS!
