The Thai turkey sauce from Trader Joe’s is one of my all time favorite sauces to use for a quick dinner. Usually I’d do this as a ground turkey or chicken dish - but I tried turkey meatballs and it was incredible

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375
Step 2
Mix ground turkey, parsley, egg, cumin, garlic powder, sesame oil, and onion in a mixing bowl. Mix until uniform and then turn them into ping pong sized balls in your hands. Set them aside on a baking tray
Step 3
Bake for 10-15 minutes (I did 10 minutes and broil for 3 minutes)
Step 4
In a large pan, pour the TJ's Thai Curry Sauce. Add in the cooked meatballs. Leave on medium heat for 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side of the meatball so it cooks evenly)
Step 5
Serve with rice or however else you like it
