5 lbrusset potatoes
peeled, rinsed, and cubed
5 clovesgarlic
peeled and minced
water
1 sticknon-dairy “butter”
8 ouncesChive “cream cheese”

1 cupCashew “milk”

Instructions
Step 1
Put potatoes in InstantPot and add water to not quite cover
Instant PotManual
Step 2
Set normal pressure for 6 minutes. When complete, press button to release pressure. Carefully remove lid.
Step 3
Check for softness, then mash.

Add Melted, “cream cheese, and cashew milk to desired consistency.

Use immersion blender or hand mixer to remove lumps.
