Mustard Grilled Porkchops

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, soften butter in microwave 30 seconds. Take out of microwave and stir, put back in for another 20-30 seconds (you want it half melted half soften).
Step 2
Add brown mustard and minced garlic to butter and stir.
Step 3
In a large pan heat olive oil and sauté sliced onion and mushroom on medium high heat for approximately 5 minutes until just soften.
Step 4
Move onion and mushroom to the outside rim of the pan, season with fresh ground salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.
Step 5
Place porkshops in the middle of the pan, brush tops of porkchops with mustard butter mixture. Let sit until well seared about 2 minutes then flip and repeat brushing of other side.
Step 6
Let sit on medium high for 3 minutes, reduce heat to low medium, cover and let sit for approximately 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Serve with mashed potatoes and garlic bread! Enjoy!
