Instructions

Step 1
Chop & grate veggies and set aside In a pan, heat & add garlic olive oil Add mince and cooknd new pan!

Add carrot, cabbage & spring onions
Step 3
Add chives, salt & pepper
Step 4
Add Tamari (gluten free soy sauce) and mix thru
Step 5
Allow to simmer on low heat for 10 mins while stiring every few minutes

Pull apart, wash and dry cos lettuce leaves
Step 7
Scoop meat mix into lettuce cups & enjoy!

Note - If you would like to use onion & garlic I would recommend the following; 1 diced brown onion & 1 tbspn minced garlic. Add these 2 ingredients and cook for 3-4 minutes before adding mince and then continue recipe as above!
